Processing Time

Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment. During new collection releases and high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Lost or Stolen Packages

FOUND. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Pre-Orders

Items marked as Pre-Order have extended production times. Estimated shipping dates will be listed on the product page. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may ship together once all items are available.
